i2010 and Digital Agenda for Europe

Hugo and Sergi talks in first time about i2010. It’s the EU framework for  the European Information for growth and employment. It embraces all aspects of the information, communication and audiovisual sector.  It provides the broad policy guidelines for ICT from 2005 to 2010. The eInclusion, yet to be obtained.

 Then they talk about the Single Market and its advantages, the use of R&D, the online safety and the impact of the  young users of Internet.

About Digital Agenda, they talk about the objective of prepare EU economy for the challenges during the decade and define key role of ICTs in future Europe. Digital Agenda is one of seven flagship programs, the successor to i2010. Today there is a risk that EU's ICT sector is left behind. Digital Agenda aims to improve the ICT sector to the benefit of European citizens and enterprises. 

The deadline for actions is in 2020. Then we talk about Digital agenda is currently well on the way to reach targets and eGovernment are improving a lot. It also will provide Ultra-fast internet and cross-border activities halting.
